Enquiries

The enquiry pages build an email on your device and open your email application. You decide whether to send it. The website code does not submit your answers to a separate form processor. Please avoid including sensitive or confidential information in an initial enquiry.

If you email us

We use your message and contact details to handle your enquiry and reply. Where you ask us to discuss a possible agreement, we may process information to take steps before a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in managing business correspondence and may retain records to meet legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details for an automated decision about you.

What we ask for

Our enquiry prompts are intentionally minimal: who you are, how to contact you, what you want, the relevant details and any offer you choose to make.

Hosting and service providers

Our website host may process technical request information to deliver and secure the pages. Our email provider processes messages you send. We may share relevant correspondence with professional advisers or other providers when needed to handle an enquiry or comply with law. Providers may process information outside the UK; you can ask us for details of the provider and applicable transfer safeguards.

Website tracking

The website code contains no WantWan analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking code or third-party form processor. Necessary hosting technology may still be used to deliver and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship or resolve a dispute, and keep records for longer where the law requires it. We review correspondence and delete it when no longer needed for those purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access to or correction of your information, and in some circumstances deletion, restriction, portability or objection to its use.
